在下有個關於磅數的問題想請教版上強者
如果今天小弟練二頭跟三頭用的是不同磅數的啞鈴
會不會有什麼影響 例如練起來線條不好看之類的
因為我練二頭可以舉到22磅
但是三頭跟三角如果用22磅有些動作根本做不出來
例如立姿側平舉 根本舉不到肩膀的高度
有沒有人也有這樣的問題呢 分享一下解決之道吧 謝謝
