叔叔年前槓鈴臥推可以推到62.5 kg三下,啞鈴臥推因為健身房最重
只有20 kg的啞鈴,所以只能練到雙手共40 kg的啞鈴臥推,還算輕鬆。
過年期間回國時,去社區活動中心的健身房訓練,他啞鈴最重有25 kg,
我想這加起來雙手也才50 kg,應該不太難。沒想到一試之下,非常勉強
才推了五下就不行了....
雙手啞鈴共重50 kg,比起槓鈴總重62.5 kg要輕了12.5 kg啊,可是怎麼
我推起來會覺得二個動作的強度是差不多的。這是為什麼呢?
另外,槓鈴臥推可到100 kg的巨巨,你們做啞鈴臥推時單手拿的啞鈴是多重?
