長期以來幾乎每天只有一餐是外食,其餘的兩餐幾乎
都是在家自煮居多,外食的鈉就比較不好掌控,在家
時常常會吃一大盤的各式青菜,但調味的鹽就不會
放大多,但是因為量大,所以加入的鹽其實也不少,
最近開始食材中加入大量的薑、蒜、洋蔥、辣椒、迷
迭香等天然的辛香料,讓食物更有味道,也讓調味的
鹽用得少一點。
食物中加大量的天然辛香料,對人體是否有什麼影響
,比如說食慾會大開?會吃得更多嗎?或是讓身體習
慣吃重口味的食物?大家有類似的經歷嗎?
