喝水的問題 - 健身

大家好 ……
看有人表示要分離才算是水 ,其實我不太認同
我是混血半客家人 ,
長期以來(至少幾年了)都是早上一個寶特瓶茶類 ,喝到一半的時候加水繼續喝。
覺得這樣比較省 ,25元的茶可以喝一整天
一個600cc的無糖綠茶大概可以加水回沖6、7次以上
一路到晚上都是喝茶+水混合物
這樣我不就是長期以來都是每日攝取0cc的水嗎 ?
但我身體也沒有缺水過 ,
所以其實還是要看攝取的各項物質的水份含量
