1月要受訓但是單槓一下都不行......
反手也只有一半快過眼
伏地挺身也沒有辦法做到手肘彎曲90度
最近在迪卡儂買一個類似trx的吊帶請問該用什麼姿勢才能練到相關肌群呢?
