之前在本版看到
有人推薦如果增肌期吃不下這麼多碳水
可以吃粉貽來補滿熱量
因為家母體重過輕(162CM 才35KG)
檢查過腸胃 新陳代謝 各種都查不太出問題
年齡70歲
就吃不胖,然後吃得又少
想說讓她靠吃粉貽來增重
上網查了一下關於粉貽的討論並不多
三多粉貽的介紹是說:
不含脂肪及蛋白質
低糖、低鈉
熱量補充食品
看起來好像沒什麼副作用
但是成分是麥芽糊精
感覺好像沒有這麼好康的東西
配水喝下去就可以輕鬆攝取1-200卡的熱量
不知道這種東西長期吃、吃多了會不會對身體有什麼不好的影響?
