單車爬坡訓練可否代替腿部阻力訓練? - 健身

各位版友好:
持續騎單車也有近七年的時間,大小比賽及半超鐵都有參與過.
半年前開始接觸重量訓練,現在體態也變得比較均勻好看.在此之前上半身肌肉
量左右各3KG,左右腿各11.5KG(2014/12 by inbody 230)但每當練腿的當下都會有個
疑問,勤練單車爬坡10%~15%左右的坡度(住家附近有烘爐地,練習時可以騎到五趟)
可否代替腿部的重訓?網路上的文章大多數都是用重訓加強單車能力,但卻沒爬到有
單車增加重訓的負重量.
會這樣問是因為很愛單車運動,但每次到了重量訓練的練腿日都很想逃避XD
我的想法是如果可行非但可以練間歇又可以增加肌肉量是對我自己比較有效率的練法.
