差距真的很大啊…
跑步心跳可以拉到150~160跑一小時
單車140~150十分鐘是極限
游泳更慘超過140二十五公尺就沒力=_=
而且很難進步
怎麼會差這麼多阿…
是肌群問題還是有我沒注意到的地方
最近很挫敗阿=_=
