早餐:早上起床9:30本身不喜歡吃早餐
午餐:(學校)牛肉蓋飯或菜便當
晚餐:陽春麵或爭鮮壽司
其他:我很少喝水...因為上課上班的關係天天都是外面吃
日常作息時間:睡覺:00:00睡~8:30
生活型態:學生+升學補習班老師
健康狀況:否
運動習慣:跑步機15分鐘(心跳141)/騎機器腳踏車十五分鐘/一星期瑜珈課三次(芭蕾
瑜珈/提斯瑜珈/舒壓瑜珈)每次1小時/重訓15分鐘著重在前大腿與臀部
我的問題:目前因為有加入健身房,積極在參加裡面的有氧課程,但我不知道自己這樣練
是否有辦法達到減脂的效果,我最重要肥胖的地方都在腹部與大腿,不曉得能不能給我一
些建議
