我是初學者,沒有請教練,因此對重量訓練和肌力訓練很懂,
但是我很用心的爬文以及試做,
練了快要一個月了上腹有隱約出現,
但是下腹我還是肉肉的,我也一直認為我下腹的訓練方式不對。
當我在練反向捲腹,或是身體躺在板子上膝蓋呈九十度下降又升起時,我最酸的總是下背
而非下腹,
爬文上說做下腹運動時後背要貼地,
但是當腳抬起來時才能怗地不是嗎?
放下去時下背會有空隙這是正確的嗎?
我總是覺得我的背部比腹肌還要酸,
認真覺得自己練錯了,
還錯一個月,
想問一下大家該如何調整
