是我很久沒發文的鍵盤治療師啦,
看到推文太興奮了忍不住回文啦。

建議還是盡量以鼻子為主喔,
嘴巴的主要功能不是呼吸,
在特殊情況下才應該使用。

: 不過氣感覺灌的比之前多就是 不過還是不太習慣又變回鼻子去吸
為什麼不建議用嘴巴呢?
的確用嘴巴感覺好像可以吸的更快更多,
但這就是主要的問題所在,
大多自由重量訓練時不應該用到這麼大的換氣量,
所以用嘴巴呼吸的缺點就會跑出來,
像版友分享的課程內容,
包含空氣流速太快傷害上呼吸道,
以及沒有經過鼻腔濕潤過濾,
還有使用到不該用的呼吸肌肉。

看你需要的穩定壓力要多少,
吸的越多,橫膈膜要下降越多,
腹內壓會對應上升,
但要注意腹內壓越高軀幹剛性會越高,
活動度會隨之下降,
吸氣的量要從重量跟動作兩方面考量喔!
相對大重量、軀幹動作相對少=吸氣相對多
相對輕重量、軀幹動作相對多=吸氣相對少
