買過後者(身體=健身房那本)
前者之前有看過PDF
其實我想建議的是都不要買
第一就是這兩本主要都是說利用自身體重進行訓練
但是現在網路上隨便Google個 "自體 訓練" "徒手 訓練"
其實就跟兩本書內容差不多
如果要練胸就Google個 "push up workout"
練腿就 "bodyweight squat"
練背就 "bodyweight back workout" "Pull up workout"
練二頭就 "bodyweight biceps workout"
好啦,如果真的很懶
就直接打 "bodyweight workout"
網路真的資料一堆
甚至版上以前也有神人分享自體訓練的方式,其實那些就夠了拉
在來通常因為國外這種訓練方式還是比台灣早開始
國外資料會比較多
所以我一般都是用英文關鍵字去搜尋
還可以一邊練英文勒,超爽的!!!
不過用中文搜尋資料還是很多的
例如 "伏地挺身 變化","單槓 變化" 之類的
你會問
不買,省下來的錢勒
省下來好幾百塊你可以
1.買個護具,護腕阿、手套之類的,不然練一練手都是繭,女朋友牽手也比較不舒服
2.買個營養品、保養品,天天吃阿鈣,我有健康的膝蓋
3.吃一頓大餐,不吃飽,哪有力氣練
你最大的疑問可能是
阿網路上都有了,作者幹嘛出書
沒錯,為什麼要出書
因為有些人還是會喜歡書的質感
可以放在書包裡、放在架子上
隨手拿來就翻,翻了就看,看了就懂,懂了就練
不用再每次都Google一下
所以你還有最後一個選項
就是
4.無視我這篇文,然後挑其中一本買
好啦,如果真的是這樣
那我建議囚徒那本
至少封面看起來就讓人熱血沸騰
另一本身體=健身房
只看封面,不說我還以為他在海上練平衡
而且還沒穿救身衣
