我個人從 78kg-->62kg 的經驗(仍持續努力中)
生活習慣及飲食習慣是要慢慢養成不要勉強的
不開心的事情 都很難持久吧
網路上有很多好吃又無添加物的成分 多煮一些新花樣讓他試試
如果愛喝飲料 試試自己煮一些天然的酸梅湯 適量喝天然水果的果汁
炸雞從天天吃改成兩天吃一次 增加其他營養的食物
不知不覺養成習慣 像我本人就完全戒掉了不吃冰跟不喝人工添加物飲料
現在完全沒有想吃這類東西的念頭
要讓身體自動發出想不到這些事的訊息 而不是一直勉強自己要怎樣怎樣
我個人覺得才能持續喔
