相信去書局有稍微注意的朋友都有看到這本書
看了一個禮拜,還覺得滿意,因為本身作者的經歷還蠻有說服力的
雖然標榜是要練肌肉,但裡面的很多動作都是只需簡單的器材就可以完成的
所以還是很適合一般人用
覺得主要的優點:
1.印刷精美 四百多頁售價又不會很貴
2.裡面有很多現成的課表,適合參考
3.動作很多可以練,分類清楚
比較有爭議的是作者建議澱粉一天以"兩份"為限,一份大概20克碳水化合物
甚至不吃!? 抱歉沒有要爭的意思,他有他的一套理論,有興趣的版友可以去
書局翻翻最前和最後的章節
但相信瑕不掩瑜啦,至少照書做了兩個禮拜心肺的確有提升上來,控制飲食之下
體重也少了快2KG~
有時間可以去書局看看 推薦一下了~
