請問各位安排幾練的部分會怎麼抉擇呢?
目前我安排一週四練這樣身體負荷已經緊繃,
有時候恢復不過來甚至會降一週變三練休息。
我看有人都五練六練,身體分散更多天刺激,
那是否有需要降低單日強度去追求多日刺激?
