目前還在進修準備考證照
未來想當職業的健身教練
帶你上課不收錢。
當作是一個經驗
(這樣是要降低對方的防備)
聽到不用錢通常會上鉤
一開始上課的時候。
不要有明顯的肢體接觸
要讓對方覺得你沒有心懷不軌
訓練的時候
要說這個動作用到哪塊肌肉怎樣的
盡量展現自己的知識。
不要刻意強調自己重量可以做多重
第一堂課結束後
馬上問她現在有沒有空。
約她去 健身房附近的 咖啡店、麥當勞、等等
想跟他當面討論未來上課內容訓練菜單
有些女生會覺得用通訊軟體、還是上課時討論就好,
跟不熟的男生出去會怕怕的.
所以通常選擇第一次上課結束後,
不要給對方喘息的機會
因為上了一堂免費的課,當下打槍拒絕邀約,比較不禮貌
再加上是討論上課內容,有正當的合理性
又選擇離健身房近的地方
(不用長途跋涉,比較不會覺得累或是麻煩)
再來就是 請她吃東西
這時候要教他一些飲食方面的概念
讓他覺得你很厲害

最後這個方式不適用每個人
還是要看長相
