這問題困惑我很久了
很多人都說啞鈴臥推感受度比較好
甚至有人槓鈴臥推無感的
但我是完全相反
槓鈴臥推超有感 隔天胸一定酸爆
但啞鈴臥推 我不管怎調整
每次都是手臂酸而不是胸
請問到底要怎樣才能有感?
還是乖乖放棄啞鈴臥推算了?
家裡有放器材
槓鈴跟Cable練胸其實也夠了吧?
