因為下雨兩天沒跑 今天跑四圈就停了 - 健身

要怎麼維持
這次下雨就要被迫停跑
然後隔天再跑時就覺得流汗流很快也跑四圈就停下來了
之前一個禮拜每天跑一小時的
今天跑走30分鐘就回宿舍了
要花幾天才能又回到慢跑可以維持一小時
是靠意志力嗎?
還是在操場跑比較無聊
在路上跑比較不無聊
其實我當初會跑是因為我想徹底解決打呼的問題
醫生說減重是必須的
但這學期回到宿舍我才知道四人房只有我一個人住
之前那一個已經換房間了
那我現在就算不跑也不會吵到人
所以我就失去跑步的動力
我現在寒假有瘦一公斤
還是以後改路上跑就好
希望大大給點建議
要怎麼支持下去
