如題!我在台中的加州練丫在七月初有量一次,前幾天又讓我量一次
小的身高174 65 現在變62
這是以下的數劇:
肌肉:50%~~>47%
體脂:16%~~>19%
體重為65至62
我一看到這張單子我心都涼了,竟然是瘦肌肉...我都快哭了
我只不過是運動後喝一杯香蕉牛奶就讓我增體脂嗎>"<
我的菜單是每一天練不同樣的部位依肩、背、胸這樣來做
先熱身五分,重訓再來跑步三十分,我這三個月來一星期運動
四、五次跑不掉....
想請問大大我是為何消到肌肉而不是體脂丫冏rz
我都快哭了(跪)
