小弟很瘦(51/170),所以想要透過重訓讓自己看起來壯一點
重訓的時候都會加強胸肌的部分
蝴蝶機或是胸部推舉
可是向是做蝴蝶機完,酸的是手臂上部(大概二頭和三角肌的中間)
胸部推舉機做完胸部也沒有明顯的感覺
是我姿勢錯了嗎?
可是我都有按照指示圖的姿勢做
還是用力的方式不對呢?
重訓了一年胸部完全沒有變大= =
冏mmmmmmm
很困擾,所以可以請板上muscle man們幫我解答一下嗎?
