因為生理期後的一個禮拜內,身體還沒有復原,想要做運動,因不想做太激烈的運動
所以只好在家做原地踏步運動,但有疑問:
Q1:每一回代表左右各踏步一下,所以一分鐘可以踏30回,則每次可踏步10-20分鐘
請問10-20分鐘後,是需要休息多久(EX:10分或5分...?)再繼續踏步下去比較能夠達到
運動的目的呢?
