各位大大好,
小弟初加入重訓行列,主要是今年體檢有照出脂肪肝...
外加25%的高體脂率,讓小弟打算認真雙管齊下 有氧+重訓
--現況--
每週會有氧運動1~2次 主要是游泳1km 偶而跑步4~6km
重訓完全沒有
幾乎每天晚上都 5~6菜1湯,周末都會吃1~2餐大餐
以不想減少進食來看(人生嘛!),似乎只剩下重訓是唯一解!?

目前剛網購了一組電鍍組合式啞鈴(Bladez)-20Kg
然後爬版/了一下啞鈴 菜單 發現似乎沒有相關資訊
想請教是否有每周靠啞鈴循序漸進,在家訓練的菜單可提供小弟參考?
目前單一啞鈴重量大概只能舉5公斤的*12下*3組...非常弱
