在家就能做的運動~該怎麼做 - 減肥

出社會工作以後
能運動的時間就大大減少許多
外加上是輪值三班制的~有時候下了班是半夜12點= ='
感覺回到家就只能睡覺....
出門跑步..一個女生又覺得小恐怖
這裡也沒有適合運動的地方
不知道板上大大們可否告訴我一些可以在家做的運動
減肥是其一 (腿跟臉都變大變粗了拉>0<)
也想增強一點自己的體力~最近覺得很容易累 = ='
麻煩大家了~~~~~~~~~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
