在家裡運動算是重訓嗎 - 健身

我跑步大約有5~6個月了一週約4~5次一次20~30分鐘
最近想要改成1天跑步1天做重訓,如果不去健身房在家裡的運動
伏地挺身 仰臥起坐 舉啞鈴 還有一台踏步機 一個握力 一個是折灣
的彈簧...我做這些半小時的話算是重訓嗎..還是只算練肌肉
版上有教學的影片我挑了幾個做了幾次,之後腰有點痛我就沒再做了
現在腰快好了那我還要繼續做影片的動作
還是挑做了之後不會腰痛的影片~
