因為本身太瘦想練厚壯一點
這樣別人看起來比較不會太單薄
現在170公分 48公斤 體脂肪7%(這學期選修健身量得)
家裡沒健身器材
只有選修課的時候才有機會用健身器材
本身還是學生沒多餘的錢上健身房
假如在家想練的話
該怎麼做會比較有效果
麻煩版上的個位老師指點一下我
