過年之後,下半身又肥了不少,但上半身還是很瘦,
尤其是女孩家最在意的地方,好難過,打到這裡有想奪
門而出的衝動。
上面是題外話,重點是我想要問大家,在家裡學youtube
比力先生跳有氧--
要穿鞋子嗎??

在家裡穿布鞋,好奇怪唷!!
最後,還想要問大家一個問題,可能跟減肥沒捨嚜關,
但是我想問看看,大家怎嚜訓練自己早起,我都10點睡
頂多7點半起床,我想要跟老人一樣,可以早起運動做早操,
設鬧鐘!!我試過了,沒用。
