關於澱粉和醣類的攝取 - 減肥

看板上的人分享得知即使減肥也不能停止攝取澱粉,
不然酮酸會增加,傷害肝臟.
在此提出一個問題請教,
澱粉是屬於多醣,在人體會分解成單醣,
若是減肥過程中一樣不攝取澱粉,
但以其他醣類代替,譬如蜂蜜,
蔬果蛋白質和肉類則正常,
這樣做對身體會有害嗎?
在不考慮取得成本和飽足感的前提下,
是否其他醣類可以取代澱粉呢?
