最近在瘋狂減肥,
原先是看到榮總減肥餐開始 (又名台大減肥餐)
不休息連續吃
兩個禮拜瘦了不少KG
非常的有效...
但是後來看到版上所謂的基代
才明白原來我幾乎都白餓的
而且非常不健康
再者那菜單好像是唬爛的
雖然有搭配騎腳踏車跟一些頻繁的運動...
但我不想繼續下去,我怕會有一些病跑出來
所以我在我今天大便的時候誤出一個道理....
我想請問的是
因為吃的少 大便自然也少
所以基礎代謝率 自然降低
基代降低
瘦的就沒那麼快了,這樣反而減到了一個臨界值就卡關.復胖機率也大.
反之
假如我一天喝很多很多的水,
水基本上沒有熱量
所以我尿尿將會非常的多,也非常頻繁
這樣的話
是否可以增加我的基礎代謝率...
基礎代謝率一增加
也許就可以不用吃那麼多.
可以更加快速減肥了

等我減肥到我滿意的體重時
每天的飲食控制在該體重的基礎代謝率左右
這樣應該就不會復胖了吧???
我真的天真的這樣想 不知道是真的還是假的

再來分享一個經驗
因為剛開始吃減肥餐的時候,每天晚上幾乎都餓翻天
常夢到我去鼎王或點水樓之類的餐廳大吃大喝
夢到這種夢真的很開心,
只是每次做夢的時候還是會猶豫吃了會不會變胖
如果早知道是做夢
就狠狠的吃下去..
起床的時候瞬間變成零熱量!!
開心健康又划算阿....
