坐姿推胸 右上臂不適 - 健身

最近開始健身,我176cm. 70kg,坐姿推胸從12、19、26、33、40kg這樣
慢慢做,上ㄧ次(2天前)做完發現 右手上臂有點疼痛(肩膀這不會痛),
所以讓它充分休息,然而今天去做,2頭的部分還好,反而肩膀這的肌肉
(應該是三角肌前束)有點不舒服,不敢再做了。疼痛的部位大蓋如下圖紅色

但是在這2次中,左手都沒疼痛感,頂多手痠,請問是我兩手出力不平衡嗎?
還是什麼問題呢?大蓋停幾天再做比較好呢?謝謝
