看到這種文章我就好生氣
也不知道在氣什麼,可能氣身邊朋友都不好好關心自己健康的關係吧
其實我身旁很多人都有用埋針、埋線減肥法
聽說排隊預約都要等很久,醫生很跩,藝人很愛去,而且很貴
我身邊朋友都說那醫生都會跟他說要少吃油膩東西,八拉拉的
我心中os都是:這個老娘我不是跟你們講過n百次了嗎,幹麼花大錢去聽那種話
然後還一直說我用運動減肥會長肌肉、腿會變成蘿蔔
奇怪,我腿就算長肌肉,也是我的腿
你不想運動,管到我身上來幹麼
後來我發現這些人都會這麼深信不疑的原因市
錢都花了,不聽醫生的話好像很不乖
錢都花了,線都埋了,一定有效(一直不斷催眠自己 然後加上節食)
然後開始說服別人,說埋針埋線多有效!!!!!
只要別人露出一點點狐疑眼光,
或者說,運動比較明顯
就又會開始說服別人
一開始我看到原po那篇文章還想說算了,
結果回文這是怎麼一回事,
這邊很多發育中的男男女女
而且他們也懶得動
萬一造成別人不良減肥的想法怎麼辦
!!!!!!!!!!!!!
你覺得有效就好,不用強迫別人 或者試著說服別人說有效
最重要的是,不要因為他人有效,就妄想用阿里不達的方式來快速減肥,
這麼容易瘦的話,XL的衣服賣給誰穿

吃的健康 動的健康 才是減肥的不二法門
