培養運動興趣 - 健身

我大概去年研究所放榜後開始跑步運動(約3月初到中吧),
在去年暑假以前大概一個禮拜跑5天以上是沒問題的(每次約4.Xkm 30min),
當時一個禮拜可能還去重訓三次吧~~~
但是運動對我來說一直是個需要意志力的活動(耗時 累 濕黏 非興趣)
然後當時在版上看到很多人PO文或推文說跑個半年一年後就有興趣了,
就會變成每天不跑就渾身怪怪,
我就一路跑啊跑得跑到今年五月多六月(學期間大概一個禮拜只跑4天),
但依舊覺得這是靠意志力撐下來的...
一樣的理由是 耗時 累 濕黏 無興趣導致要去跑步就很痛苦...
每天不跑就渾身怪怪對我來說是因為有跑步都會變胖 怕沒跑步變胖更快...
現在這兩個禮拜改成游泳...少了濕黏這個問題...不知道能不能培養出興趣就是了,
不知道版上的各位都怎樣培養運動的興趣的...?
對我來說 坐在書桌前準備期中期末考可能比運動有趣...
