請問為甚麼運動心跳一定要到有氧區間才會燃脂? 如果運動不在燃脂區間純粹只是想增加
一天消耗量,只要大於攝取量(有大於基代)的話不是也會瘦?
如果運動是滿喘的話是不是燃脂的比例就比較小?變成燃肝糖比例變大?
可是不管是很喘還是有氧的喘肝糖大概20分鐘內就會燒完那之後就是燃脂肪?
