基代 V.S 一天攝取熱量 - 減肥

剛去藥局量基代是1222
一週運動五天(滑步機40分鐘/天)
兩天電腦人腹8分鐘+女版簡易伏地挺身*12+跨步箭步蹲*10
請問以上基代+運動量維持目前身材或想減肥
一天至少各應該吃多少熱量?(不會因為吃太少使基代降低)
