三餐內容
早餐:1顆肉包+ 300cc 桂格黑十穀
午餐:叉燒便當(飯只吃1/2)
晚餐:一晚陽春麵
日常作息時間:
早上8:00 起床
下午17:30 下班
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
游泳40分鐘,心跳數沒測過,不過都是連續游1000-1200m,每周三次
慢跑40分,心跳數也沒測過,每周一次,一次大約4.5km
我的問題:
以前年少不懂事,不知道基代的重要性,因此有用節食的方法瘦過,不過很快
地就復胖了,現在肚子又越來越大了,又開始想減肥,也發現自己體脂率太高
,所以想減脂,不過我不太會算熱量,常常晚上都不知道要吃什麼才好,想請
教大家,外食族怎麼吃才好,還有熱量有沒有可以參考的網站,謝謝。
