基代已經不高,應該先怎麼做? - 美體

過去這一年我寫報告,狂熬夜,沒有吃正餐的習慣,雖然一整年體重只重了三公斤
可是明顯基代已經下降許多,一整天不怎麼吃東西,也不會說餓,可是也不會瘦
在基礎代謝率已經很低的情況下,想養回健康的身體,我應該要先怎麼做?
1. 先吃回基代(約1467大卡) 隱憂:怕會直接先胖
2. 先練身體 (早上鄭多燕30分鐘,晚上仰臥起坐3分鐘約120下) 隱憂:運動量不夠,等回到基代可能又一年以後
目前我是兩個都同時進行,可是因為1,我現在每餐都覺得吃得太飽(有計算熱量且營養均衡),很擔心肌肉還沒練出來就又胖了一圈
假如我只食量不變只做2,會有什麼負面的效果嗎?
