體重:43
BMI:17.2
體脂率:16.9%
三餐內容
早餐:十穀飯 or 雜糧饅頭 配 南瓜四季豆築前煮
胃口好的時候還會加烤地瓜
午餐:白飯(外食) or 十穀飯
青菜2-3種
肉(紅肉為主)
晚餐:同午餐,但飯量通常會減少,看食慾(晚餐以白肉為主)
其他:水果每天兩種,最近是奇異果和香蕉;水2000 c.c.
週末通常都會跟家人出去吃好料,像昨天一整天都在外面慶祝母親節
晚上九點半還在切蛋糕吃日式大福 XD
日常作息時間:晚上11點前睡,早上5-6點自動起床
固定6~6:30晨跑,繞家附近的街道約4km
之後就是唸書、寫作業、做家事、出門買菜諸如此類
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:一週至少五天晨跑,其他時間下午散步閒晃或騎腳踏車
一週三天瑜珈課,每次1~1.5小時
心情好還會去游泳,25分鐘游約20趟
↑總而言之就是蠻愛動的,日常生活中會找機會動來動去
我的問題:
之前po過文章請教如何健康增體脂肪,
前幾天回台灣後站上體重機,發現前一天在美國還只有13%的體脂,
熊熊增高為16.9%!然後兩年沒來的月經也自動出現了!(灑花~)
不過令人狐疑的是基代反而降低了...
我每天固定早上都會跑步,運動量比以前增加許多,
但基代反而從厭食時期(37公斤)的1233降為現在(43公斤)的1213,
請問有人可以告訴我這其中的原理嗎?
體重跟體脂都在穩定成長中,搭配適度的定期運動,
結果基代卻降了...= = 我實在是百思不得其解啊...
