騎X-Bike會動到哪一塊肌肉? - 健身

這2天開始騎腳踏車,只騎了30分鐘也沒騎很快(忘記測心跳)
之前平常完全沒在運動的,不想一開始就很猛的騎
騎完之後腿部沒感覺到什麼痠痛,可是後腰卻微微的痠
是不會到很難受啦,因為我想運動是要長久進行的
想請問騎X-Bike是運動哪一區塊的肌肉,還是我姿勢不對
另外想問心跳130下是要維持多久,是整整30分鐘都必須130?
還是只要一度到130就好?
