我每週重訓兩至三次,深蹲硬舉70kg 平常沒重訓會跑步跑個5、6k
之前體脂降到19% BMI20 馬甲線都出來了可是屁股大腿還是胖 胸圍85 臀圍90快100的概念
我娘也是屁股大 但因為我重訓屁股是翹 但是夢想中的胸圍臀圍一樣是不是只能求助醫美了?
有人曾經憑著有氧、重訓,打破基因限制嗎?每次看到屁股大腿比例不合,都很想死...
