計算個人基礎代謝率?

計算公式如下:
1.男性:66+(13.7×體重)+(5×身高)-(6.8×年齡)
2.女性:655+(9.6×體重)+(1.7×身高)-(4.7×年齡)
當妳透過公式計算出個人基礎代謝率後,並進一步使得每天攝取和消耗的熱量達到負平衡
時,就可以發揮減輕體重的效果!假設妳的基礎代謝率是1200大卡,那麼建議妳每天可以
攝取1300大卡左右的熱量,再搭配200大卡的運動量,這樣的能量負平衡就是100大卡,體
重就會下降,通常每日能量的負平衡達到500大卡時,一週約可減輕0.5公斤的體重。
