增加前彎柔軟度 - 健身

我一直以來都很硬到一個很誇張的程度
坐在地上手往前伸,不用說碰不到腳趾
還被我妹說,你有往前伸嗎?根本就只是坐著吧? 囧
想要增加柔軟度所以開始每天伸展
目前做了四個月
就是伸到極限,然後hold住這樣
但是感覺一點進步也沒有
每次剛開始做的時候摸得到的都還是原來的位置...
熱起來之後「非常」勉強可以用單手摸到腳趾
想知道柔軟度會如此差會不會是什麼其他的原因
還有沒有比較有效的練法
