身高:177
體重:70
BMI:22.3(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:18.5%(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
(女性請註明體脂率量測之際為生理期前、正值生理期、或生理期後)

三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:一碗公的家樂氏玉米片加上脫脂牛奶+2片土司麵包
午餐:1.subway12" 雞胸肉不加醬不加醃漬物
2.我媽的低油低鈉中餐 通常2盤綠色1塊沒用油煎的肉或魚加一份水果
晚餐:不吃澱粉(飯或麵) 只吃家裡準備的菜(幾乎都沒放油),但是量會減少
其他:(可免填)
每天會喝一杯拿鐵 2點以前會吃一小塊餅乾之類的奢侈品:P
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
每天早上7點被餓醒,9點鐘上學,在學校正餐之間也不會吃垃圾食物,5.6點回家吃飯,
每天9點會做insanity+重訓,12點多一點睡覺
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
大學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
每天9點做insanity 通常心跳數都會破150,做完一次大概45分鐘,目前進入第5周
做完insanity會做重訓,手臂胸,肚子會兩天交錯做,手臂做電腦人,肚子則做P90X
(就是傳說中的腹肌撕裂者)
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我每天熱量攝取都控制在2000上下,可是只要每天多吃一點點立刻就胖半公斤以上,
我有點懷疑我代謝正不正常,畢竟我身邊的同學都不忌口可是體重也沒有向我反映如此誇張
,我對於飲食真的很克制,在我有記憶以來我就沒有吃過油炸的東西了,很多肉類魚類也都會
反射動作去掉肥肉跟皮,也沒有甚麼吃零食的習慣,可是體脂肪還是在崩潰的18,每天insanity好像也沒有明顯的進步,吃東西也不知道能在有甚麼變化了˙
能否各位給我一點意見,看看我有甚麼地方可以改變的,目標希望到177/67,體脂肪12%
,每天6pm點以後都開始期待明天早餐,隔天也不用鬧鐘因為會自動餓醒,但是我也樂在其中
,如果能換得理想體重,要我做甚麼我都願意。 謝謝各位大大了
