如題
曾看過水肥哥的文表示
"沒有必要把肩膀、背和三頭肌從這個動作中孤立出去"
這建議會不會適用槓鈴而不適用啞鈴呢?
小弟Home gym 主要以啞鈴為主
但挑戰5rm左右時 運行路徑會偏調
想孤立幾個部位出來練增加穩定度會不會很沒效率?
除了肩 還有哪些小肌群對穩定度提升有幫助呢?
