三餐內容
早餐:7-11早餐(約300大卡) OR 三明治+飲料 OR 麵包+飲料
午餐:公司的營養午餐(三樣蔬菜+一樣主菜+湯+水果) 估計大約都有400~500大卡
晚餐:自己煮控制在350以下(一周大約4天) 吃外面就會爆熱量了
其他:偶爾喝無糖奶茶OR無糖拿鐵
日常作息時間:大概都8點起床 12點上床
上班都坐著 中午會午休約半小時
生活型態:上班族(沒什麼耗體力的工作)
運動習慣:(有氧運動請務必寫明心跳數、時間長短)
一周約有3天會走很慢的跑步機
(顯示速率3.多或是4.多而已 每次大約跑30~40分鐘 機器顯示消耗100大卡左右)
我的問題:
我的問題有二:
1.是否需要調整(我想要再減重一些) 調整的部分有哪些方向可以參考?
2.如何提高基礎代謝率? (康是美的店員建議我提高基礎代謝量會比較好減重)
