增加格鬥技表現 - 健身

各位巨巨安安
小弟我去年因緣際會開始接觸泰拳
越練越上癮
還加碼練了巴西柔術 綜合格鬥通通練起來

明年有機會的話
也想參加一些小比賽 試試看
希望不要被揍得太慘
練習一段時間也對自身的體能狀況有了解
想說去健身房重訓強化一些不足的地方
大致一周安排2天 去拳館練技戰術
剩餘挑3天到拳館附近的World Gym加強肌力
可能大多會著重草坪區跟自由重量
目前這邊器材有 雪橇、戰繩、藥球
1.基礎肌力不足→
基本三項 握推一天、深蹲硬舉一天

加強全身肌力,另外會加強臀推訓練
巴柔蝦行 、三角,感覺都很需要這方面的肌力
2.爆發力不夠→
衝刺takedown的瞬間爆發力不足,很常失敗QQ

3.踢腿旋轉穩定→
各種kick、前蹬 動作不夠穩定
徒手核心、藥球俄羅斯轉體加強?
4.心肺不足→
對打兩分鐘三回合,回合間休息一分鐘
每次打完都跟死亡沒兩樣,一是太過緊張導致體能下滑很快,二是心肺真的太爛
目前打算配合戰繩 或是 跑步機做間歇

也有看到拳擊沙袋,但我平常是在拳館打,去World Gym比較少會帶手套,
不過如果臨時想練的時候有就是了
想問一下有沒有一樣有練格鬥的大大
可以給小弟我一點建議
