小弟最近練腿有點疑問
因為小弟我實在是不喜歡練腿
但是大家都知道練深蹲硬舉腿推是最能加速肌肉合成的動作了
很大的原因是增加睪固酮的分泌
以下搭配Jeff 影片說明

所以至少每個禮拜都要練一次
而且一定是排在胸或背的下一天
近一個月施展下來比起以前拆開練是真的有差
因為自己練腿的目的只有增加代謝與肌肉合成
所以大概都是最大重量6-8下
扣掉暖身四到五組
想看看把腿的項目拆掉
分配到各天
比如說把硬舉加到練背日
深蹲加到胸日
腿推加到手臂肩膀日
其他腿的細項在另外找時間練
不知道這樣能不能更加速其他部位的肌肉合成
或是我觀念錯誤 麻煩各位指教
