大家好
重量大 次數少是讓肌肉變大的方式 次數大概是一組12下 極限==>板上得到的觀念
目前我是用18磅 一直舉 大概也是10~12下就會舉不起來 換手...
再換回原來的手做 大概也可以做到10下
這樣一天每手大概做個五組以上
這樣會太多組嗎???
我不太會拿捏
但是我淺意識都覺得不做 一陣子肌肉又變小了....所以拿起啞鈴繼續做...
資料都說要休息48小時以上@@ 但是我感覺沒在酸的時候又開始練了.....
我很怕這樣組數做太多休息又不夠 變成在練線條了or練心酸的.............
請前輩給點意見吧@@

ps. 肌耐力和肌力可以同時一起訓練嗎....還是兩者效果都會變差??
