正是文章第一段"10-15RM的負荷訓練肌纖維增粗不明顯"
那這樣我是做辛酸嗎?做到死肌肉也不會增加嗎?
還是說增加跟肌肉纖維增粗不一樣?
肌肉纖維增粗會提高基礎代謝率嗎?
肌肉纖維增粗跟身體線條緊實有何關聯呢?
如果我希望的是肌肉增加提高基礎代謝率跟肌肉幫助身體線條緊實
到底要不要繼續在curves健身呢?
