增肌外食合理一天餐費是多少 - 健身

小弟北漂打工仔,想增肌但體重卡了半年上不去(63-64KG)
1. 因為想多存錢,每天餐費預算控在250內(還常常超標)大通膨時代緣故,台北水煮便
當大約110-150元,午餐晚餐就算吃最便宜的雞胸便當低消也要220,早餐只能吃最簡單的
三明治,導致熱量不足,體重卡關。
2. 算過認真要增肌的伙食成本,以台北的狀況為例,外食至少一天餐費得抓到350-500元
左右(不含乳清),大多數健身人都可以負擔這樣的成本嗎? 聽說熱狗王餐費一天是200
0,請問大家一天的外食伙食費是多少呢?多少是合理的?
3. 每天自煮有考慮過,但受限小套房空間及平日上班時間不足,因此只有在假日會自煮
,自煮確實較省且營養夠,但礙於各種限制目前只能在假日執行。
