增肌減脂2個月 體脂沒變的疑問 - 健身

體脂率:22%
參考照片:骨架不大,胖最明顯在肚子
三餐內容:早餐大概7分飽,午餐晚餐大概都吃8~9分飽
(無特別控制飲食,僅有少吃油炸和辣)
早餐:煎餃*6 or 水煎包*2 or 三明治*1 or 豬肉蛋餅*1 之類
+奶茶 or 豆漿
午餐:公司麵食(酸辣麵 or 牛肉麵 or 排骨麵 之類)
晚餐:公司自助餐(飯、肉、菜、瓜、豆類)
其他:一個禮拜約3天下午或晚上會吃一些甜食
日常作息時間:7:30起床 12點到1點睡
生活型態:上班族
健康狀況:無異常
運動習慣:
一週3天慢跑6公里,花35~40分(時速約8~9公里)
另外3天伏地挺身做到沒力休息30~60秒,大概3~5輪
最近1周才開始加入仰臥起坐、飛鳥(更正是側平舉)和彎舉,次數同上
總時約花30分鐘
休息1天
我的問題:
10年前到現在身材大概從57緩慢爬升到62
沒有運動習慣,有吸菸
慢慢感覺肚子有點肥到自己不太能接受了
於是兩個月前開始就以上述的方式開始運動
目測肌肉和肚子雖然可以看出有進步一些
主要想要問的是
我用家裡的體脂計量測
體重和體脂完全沒有變化呢!
想請教一下各位前輩
會不會飲食要再控制或是運動量不夠呢!?
