增肌與減脂 - 健身

原本小弟在減脂期就只是靠慢跑
一個禮拜大約跑3~4天 一次1小時大約12K左右
但最近改成加上重訓
想要長一點肌肉
去康是美量基代是1450左右
自己本身有在計算熱量
有運動的話每天大約都吃2000卡左右
但我的疑問來了
因為要長肌肉
看了版上其他文章
好像吃2000還不夠
我在想重訓當天吃到2300
但是不是說吃多的熱量會存成脂肪??
這樣辛苦減下來的體脂不就又變回去了........
還是說這些多的會是拿來變成肌肉??
最近被這個問題一直困擾著....
有大大可以幫忙解答嗎
